I do not charge extra for weekend/crawlspace inspections.
Scope of Inspection
I produce a detailed report of the exterior grounds, exterior condition of structure, roof system, attic, plumbing, heating and cooling system, kitchen, bathroom, and general interior.
My reports are generated and sent to the client the same day of inspection. I use easy to understand terminology and digital pictures to convey the condition of the house that is to be inspected.
