A thorough visual inspection of the entire home and grounds to discover major defects, potential problems, or safety hazards.
Approximately 3-4 hours for a full inspection.
$350*up to 2500 sq ft
*Note: additional $100 for each 1000 sq ft over 2500 sq ft.
Radon Testing
Well water testing
A Test for bacteria and coliform.
Result in 1-5 days.
Metals testing (cadmium, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, lead, and zinc).
Results returned in approximately 10 days.

Samples are delivered to a certified lab for testing.
Samples must be taken on Tuesday. Rush samples available for a additional delivery fee.
Prelisting Consultation
A prelisting walk through with you discussing any major defect or safety issue that may effect the speed and value of your home sale.

according to EPA estimates. Overall, radon is the second leading
cause of lung cancer. Radon is responsible for about 21,000 lung
cancer deaths every year. About 2,900 of these deaths occur among
people who have never smoked. On January 13, 2005, Dr. Richard H.
Carmona, the U.S. Surgeon General, issued a national health advisory on radon.

About Selkirk Inspections
With more than 20 years of experience in, construction, building maintenance, and HVAC (Heating and air conditioning) my friends and family encouraged me to study to become a home inspector. In 2017 I became a certified home inspector at AHIT (American Home Inspector Training), joined the American society of home inspectors and opened Selkirk Inspections llc.
