LOOKING FOR A HOME INSPECTION?
Choosing the right home Inspection Company can be difficult. Different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work.
Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort and experience. If you permit me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you. I am constantly taking training courses and gaining more certifications and knowledge about my chosen profession to better serve you.
WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?
It is an in-field thorough and systematic evaluation and professional opinion of a properties conditions and it operating systems at that given point in time. It is primarily a visual inspection intended to identify components that are significantly deficient, unsafe or at the end of their useful life. This information is then documented in a written report.
Here at Mountain View Inspection Services I have a lifetime of working in the construction trades building and remodeling houses, providing handyman services and rehabilitating houses long before the term flipping was ever heard.
I am referred to as Mr. Gadget due to my extensive use of the gadgets to assist with my giving a high tech and more extensive inspection. They allow me to see or find issues that ordinary inspectors can't find just by looking. Some items I use are:

COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING
The best inspection in world is only as good as it is effectively communicated to the client. My reports are detailed while being able to easily understand what was observed during the inspection. Photographs with details are an important part of the report.
I also welcome the client's participation during the inspection. Any questions can be addressed right then and there. Just stay off my ladders please!
