Concern typeConducive conditionsConditions conducive for wood destroying insects or organisms (Wood-soil contact, shrubs in contact with siding, roof or plumbing leaks, etc.)

Exterior
7) Conducive conditionsThere are one or more exterior doors where there is water damage due to openings on the exterior finish allowing for water intrusion. It is recommended all water intrusion issues be remedied and subsequent damage be repaired by qualified contractors.

Bathrooms
51) Conducive conditionsTile, stone and/or grout is damaged and/or deteriorated in one or more "wet" areas with a wood subfloor below. The deterioration may allow water intrusion, and may result in damage to the subfloor. A qualified contractor should evaluate and make repairs as necessary. For example, replacing broken tiles and deteriorated grout, and resealing grout.
52) Conducive conditionsThe shower threshold is cracked along with separation in the shower between the tile walls and shower pan. This is likely from settling due to imperfections created during construction. Evaluation and repair by a qualified contractor is recommended.

Interior rooms
62) In multiple locations of the home there were indications of structural settlement causing cracking buckling and shifting of finish materials. It is recommended for a qualified contractor to evaluate and repair as needed in any affected areas.
