I am Doug Gialluca from Smart Move Home Inspection LLC located in Canton Ohio. I am a LICENSED Home Inspector. Certified Graduate and past member of The Home Inspection Institute(Certificate # 3013) from Stark State University in 2005.
I am a member of (OARP) as a licensed Radon Measurement professional ( RT715).

I also offer 38 years experience in the construction industry and have three Certificates as a Rehab Specialist and certified in weatherization.

A Home Inspection will take approximately three hours and the report will be sent within twenty four hours. Digital photography is done on all reports. I will also include combustible gas detection, water temperature, pressure test, and carbon monoxide testing.

Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications If you are selling or buying a manufactured home, then most likely a foundation certification will be required. For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer's foundation certification is required that states that the home is placed on a permanent foundation that complies with the "HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes", dated 1996 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
