I need to talk to you for a couple of minutes before I email or fax you back the agreement which must be returned prior to the inspection. I will then send you back a filled out contract.

Just download my standard contract (see link below) and fax or E-Mail Me with it attached if you have the ability to scan and attach. The original document with a wet signature must be provided with payment.

I have a history of performing inspections in a timely manner, and will tell you if I cannot do the inspection on your time schedule. However, please do not ask me to do an inspection without a signed agreement. I cannot do this.
