I am a union carpenter with 35 years of experience in construction, restoration/renovation and real estate management. I am licensed to practice anywhere in the state of New York, but most of my practice is in the 5 boroughs of New York City. I inspect condos, co-ops, and 1 to 4 family homes, both old and new. I also do 11 -month inspections for those who have a 1-year new home warranty and wish to document their warranty claims. I am presently living in and restoring a 100-yr old Victorian home in Brooklyn.
