Hello, welcome Inspection connection, I'am so glad that you are giving us a chance to earn your business.Have you ever asked yourself," what is a inspection"? Vs " what is a home appraisal"? Below are some definitions I hope that they help explain. If there are still questions I'll be very glad to explain. I believe that these two preceptions need to be understood because manytimes clients/customers will become upset thinking that they are getting one thing and they really get the other. HOME INSPECTION- A home inspection is designed to determine whether all of the essential components of a house are present and doing their job, as evidenced by a visual inspection on the day of that visual inspection.It is a non-evasive inspection.It does'nt determine the market value of a home. It's not a code inspection either.


APPRAISAL- An appraisal may and will at some points have an inspection of the house as well as the property and will seem just like a home inspection. The main difference is an appraisal is implemented to gather information on the house, property, and comps that pertain to the market value of the property.As far as the home itself it does not check the components of the house as does a home inspection will.
