My name is Sam Swegle. I moved to Tucson in 1985 and have lived here ever since. I am a graduate of the University of Arizona and have a Bachelor of Architecture degree. This training provided me with a deep understanding and comprehension of buildings as whole. I am able to look beyond specific trades or components and see the complete building and how all parts relate to each other.
I am a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute (AHIT) with over 80 hours of training covering structure, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. I am also certified by AHIT to inspect pools and spas as required by Arizona law.
In addition to home inspections, I am a building inspector for Pima County. I inspect everything from complete new construction (all phases and aspects) to simple electrical panel replacements.
