Fees are based on the "Total" square footage of the structure or structures.
Home Inspection Prices:
Under 2500 "total" square feet - $275 (Condos)
Under 2500 "total" square feet - $300 (Single Family Homes)
2501 - 3000 sq ft - $325
3001 - 3500 sq ft - $375
3501 - 4000 sq ft - $425
Above 4000 sq ft please call for a quote (904) 662-5187
Additional fees:
WDO Inspection: $125 under 2000 sq feet / $150 over 2000 sq feet (service and report provided by Amarro Pest Termite WDO LLC)
Wind Mitigation: $50 (with a home inspection) $85 (without any other inspections)
Four Point: $25 (with home inspection) $85 (without home inspection)
Four Point and Wind Mitigation Combo (without home inspection): $150
Crawlspace (under the house) $50
Additional buildings: start at $50 each
Homes built before 1950: $100 additional fee
Re-inspection fees start at $50 and are based on the amount of items we are re-inspecting
