My name is Russell Melville and I am the owner and inspector at HouseWise. I am a NYS licensed and NACHI certified home inspector, and NYS certified pest inspector. We also offer Radon testing, well flow testing and water quality testing to our customers. Prior to becoming a home inspector, I was an insurance inspector for 4 years, inspecting residential and commercial properties in northern NY and VT and have a variety of experience remodeling two of my own homes in addition to woking for other contractors in the home constrution business. With this experience you will be assured a thorough inspection of your home. My structural inspection includes the roof, siding, windows, doors, foundation, garage, attic, kitchens, baths, laundry, general interior, basement, plumbing, heating, and electrical.
