Buying a home can be a stressful process. A home inspection should give you peace of mind, but the amount of information can be overwhelming. Often a serious problem can be corrected inexpensively to protect both life and property. No home is perfect, and some conditions may already be listed on the seller's disclosure.
Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet me until after you hire me. A complete home inspection requires a lot of work and a thorough report depends on the individual inspectors own effort.

My detailed home inspection usually takes an average of 4 hours at the site of the property and then all information is transfered to my office and compiled into your personal report. Please call or e-mail me for your personal quote. All home inspection reports are accompanied with a $20.00 Lowe's Gift Card in appreciation for your business. In order to do my job to the best of my ability and to be fair to my clients, I only do one home inspection in a 24 hour period.
