"Thank You for your interest in my services. I know hiring the right home inspector for your real estate investment is a huge decision. The professional home inspector should be very knowledgeable, well-trained, and able to communicate his findings to the home buyer in a fair, honest, clear and concise manner. InterNACHI inspectors are required to attend continuing education courses annually. As with any profession or service, experience supported by qualified knowledge is the most important factor to consider when choosing a home inspector. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home; I guarantee that I will give you an unbiased and honest report that you can share with whomever you wish, I will meet your deadline days before closing, and you will enter your property transaction with reassurance and confidence. Call HomeWorks Certified Home Inspections LLC before you buy or sell your home."

What is a Home Inspection?

A professional home inspection provides the buyer or seller with an opportunity to become familiar with the functions and condition of the home. Every home ages and wears differently and the client is best served by having a comprehensive review regardless of the home's age or appearance. The home inspection report is a snapshot in time of the home's physical condition and indicates what may need major repair or replacement. It will review the condition of the home's heating system, central air conditioning system, plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; foundation, basement and visible structure. The home inspection allows the client to enter into the buying or selling of a property with both eyes open and feel confident all the way to closing. Home inspectors are there to help with this process.

Why choose me as your Home Inspector?

"I as a Realtor, and my buyers, were both VERY satisfied with HomeWorks. Brian completed the inspection in a very timely manner and was very thorough. He did an excellent job working with the sellers as well. I would not hesitate to use HomeWorks in the future. Thank you for your services!"

"We used Brian to inspect a property that we fell in love with. After his inspection, we were relieved that we hadn't purchased it yet. He discovered thousands of dollars worth of damages to the foundation. We used him again on another home and we couldn't be happier. Our agent liked the report so much he was going to recommend Brian to his clients."
