Homes up to 1833 square feet of floor area - Minimum inspection fee is $275.00.
Homes over 1833 square feet of floor area - 15 cents per square foot.
Standard rates apply to inspections within 40 mile radius of our local service area. A travel
surcharge of up to $1.00 per mile may be applied to Inspections outside our local service
area.
