Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in New York State, with several related degrees and over 20 years of engineering experience and over 4 years of construction experience. Founding Member of ASCE's Structural Engineering Institute. Adjunct Professor at Long Island University in the Construction Management and Building Inspection program. Certified building code and building inspection expert, and senior Education Committee member for the largest building inspection association in the US. Qualified expert witness on building construction and structures.
