Proud member of the

National Association of Certified Home Inspectors

My Qualifications:
30 years in the construction industry including job superintendent and general contractor. Building homes from the foundation up and remodeling older homes gives me an insight that many inspectors don't have. Working with building inspectors and codes helps me to see issues which may concern you.
No house is perfect, but it is important to hire an inspector who can give you the whole picture so you can decide what issues are important to you.

My Promise to You:

Ultimately a good home inspection
depends heavily on the inspector's efforts
and character. If you honor me with your
business I will give you my very best
effort on time and in a professional
and courteous manner.
