Are there any deficiencies which need correction? If so, explain: The home is basically in GOOD condition. There were only (2) deficiencies that should be addressed.
1) The electrical issue with the Porchlight needs to be repaired.
2) The missing shingles on the roof should be repaired to prevent further damage.
